5. Top Summer Flick: Friends with Benefits
Rating: 7/10
At first glance you’d think, “haven’t I seen this movie before?” And you’re somewhat right, the movie title resembles the movie, “No Strings Attached”, that came out earlier during the year. However, FWB proved to be the better of the two.
This movie had its funny moments, but what made it a top five choice was the movie’s ability to interweave serious, heartwarming and sad moments in with all of the sex and jokes. Upon leaving the theater, I was really surprised at the quality of the movie and with Justin’s recent major roles (social network, fwb, bad teacher), he is becoming a big time actor with a major movie coming out soon in “In Time”.
